Question on "oversharpening"
Posted: Sat Apr 03, 2021 3:16 pm
Hello everyone,
Just looking for some feedback (not complaining!).
I have received the same feedback regarding the photo below, basically over-sharpened.
Last submission was with a bit of noise reduction, and not sharpening at all.
The last feedback was: "maybe you shoot adjust your camera regarding sharpening..."
I am using a Canon R6 and a Canon RF 24-240mm f/4-6.3 IS USM lens and shoot in Raw only. Basically factory settings.
Should I soften it a bit?

Just looking for feedback on what to look for regarding sharpening. What should I look for in the photo to detect over sharpening?
Thanks in advance!
