Firefighting Helicopter Picks up Water - but backlit, acceptable?

Hi!
Would these be acceptable? They are backlit but have interesting lighting, especially on the water.

I know the second one needs a bit more sharpening, just asking about the backlit issue. I've seen very nice photos out of Switzerland of backlit aircraft underlit by snow, but this is a bit different. Screeners, what are your thoughts?

Nice compositions, but being backlit makes them unsuitable for a.net.

yes it's really true that without a backlit of a helicopter it makes them unsuitable.

Next time, to satisfy the screeners, ask the helicopter pilot to return to same site earlier or later in the day to provide optimum lighting.
