Editing help

Hi all,

Hoping to have this photo accepted, it's a new rego for the site. It has been rejected 4 times, the first 3 for high in frame (which I attempted to fix with each new upload), and the fourth for high in frame, oversharpened and underexposed.

I would appreciate some advice for fixing this photo.

Centering looks fine but its a bit over sharpened

Both passable for me. You could upload as priority screening as neither of them are in the database here. Good luck!
