Signs of cloning warning mail received

Hello to everyone,
I recently received a warning email (from a no-reply mail account) due to a reportedly clone editing on one of my photos.
Need to clarify this by mail or something, I checked the jpg and the RAW file and I couldn't find any cloning edition on the LV-GCK photo (rejected today) nor any reason to do that.

How could I help in order to clarify the situation?
