This photo was rejected people rejection after double second opinion. In acceptance guide, people rejection means a person or people posing in front of spotter like waving pilots. But In this photo, there is no people posing in front of me. Previously I accepted KA-1 on 2019 Seoul ADEX in similar situation of this photo. I can't understand about screener's justice about motive rejection.Because I read acceptance guide time to time.

The face of the right person is clearly visible. In this case you need the permisson of him to upload the pic to make sure that his personal rights are obeyed.

Ok because normally for if I get a motive rejection it would be that something would be blocking the view of the aircraft not to mention covers on aircraft is also a another example.
