### Post-Screening - What To Do?

Hi guys,

Had this one rejected for "ccw". What's "ccw" ? And what to do ?

There it is : https://www.airliners.net/addphotos/b...ready/t1365873973.2387img_4472.jpg

Thanks for any help.

Hmmmm... not sure how you can say that needs ccw, which is counter clockwise rotation. It is backlit, though, and looks dark to me, so I really am stumped on this one. I don't see how the backlitghting is not an issue, but the level is. I think Dana could explain it a bit better.

As it says in the rejection guide, ccw = counter-clockwise (rotation) is needed.

Was it rejected only for level? It looks as if there are other quality issues as well.

"ccw" is the only comment from the screeners. And how can I be sure of the rotate ?

Ideally you find objects that you know are perfectly horizontal or vertical and level them accordingly in the image. If you have not seen it already there is information in the editing guide: https://www.airliners.net/faq/editing_guide.php

In the case of this photo I don't see any ideal references, but assuming that the ramp is level I would make the nose and main gear of the aircraft in the background even horizontally, which would indeed require ccw.

I have checked the log, and level is not the only rejection reason.

If you did not receive an email with the rejection, you can check the other reasons here: Rejections Page.

Given the other problems, I don't think it's worth the effort trying to level this one, but for future reference, we look first at the horizon, then any vertical references in the background to determine level.

And when the level problem will be solved, it will be ok ? You said that the level is not the only rejection reason...

When he says "other problems", I'm inclined to think "motive".

Did you not check the link I provided? You will find the other rejection reasons there.

Yep, me too. Backlit also, with no aesthetic value.
