Some Help With Two Pictures

I tried to upload these photos a while ago and they did not make it. I was hoping someone could help and tell how to make it better so I can re upload it. I forget why they did not make it, it has been over a year and just stumbled upon them again. They first one I think it had to do with lighting of the under belly but not really sure what to do if that is the problem.

You only uploaded the first, and it was rejected in November 2011 for contrast, dirty, and motive. The poor light makes it unlikely you will be able to salvage it for here. The second was never submitted, but would have been rejected for at least distance and level. With proper leveling and a closer crop, it might be acceptable if the quality is there to handle the tighter crop.
