Question About "Quality" Rejections

Sat Jul 19, 2014 12:50 pm

Hello,

Something I’ve always wondered about "Quality" rejections as I have only been uploading here for a relatively short period of time.

Let me use an example.

Say Picture A gets rejected for: 1). Over-exposed 2). Soft 3). Grainy 4). Quality

As I understand, “Quality” is always used in conjunction with other reasons, like in the example above, and is used to state that the image has a number of problems with it and needs a thorough re-work.

Now, in the above example, on the second upload attempt if the screeners see that you have rectified the over-exposed, soft and grainy problems with the image, will they remove the "Quality" rejection?

Thanks,

Hkg82.

If all the other reasons have been resolved, quality shouldn't be an issue.

Quality is used for heat haze, and as such could stand alone. In my experience most screeners will add a personal comment about heat haze, but maybe not always...

It's also used for vignetting, and occasionally for other random stuff that doesn't neatly fall into another category. But as noted, there should always be a personal message if it's used in that way.
I'm watching Jeopardy. The category is worst Madonna songs. "This one from 1987 is terrible".
