Post Screening - Over Sharpened

Latest rejection. I have been getting quite a few rejections for "over sharpened". I have made it a point to not submit anything that is not super sharp in the original. This image was barely sharpened. And I can't see where it went wrong, except that I submitted it as a 1600 pixel image instead of my usual 1200 pixels. I see some jagged lines especially at the N of UNITED. Maybe that's why. Apart from UNITED, I can't see a problem.

Thanks! I see that. I think it's a resizing artifact but I will see if I can fix that.
