I see 747-8 in the a/c ID, but the upper deck looks more like an SP to me.

You know that 747 freighters have the short upper deck, right?

I looked again and I still thought it is an SP.

Well....not much we can tell you except you should change your thinking.  

Seriously, there are plenty of clues that this is a -8: the engines, the wingtips, the length, the registration, and the fact that Cargolux doesn't have any -SP aircraft (I don't think they ever had any).
