Need Help With Blurry

Fri Apr 22, 2016 4:28 pm

Hi folks,

Blurry rejection now is my most common (about half of cases) so I'd like to assist with it:
https://www.airliners.net/addphotos/r...3726.1335uubw-above-tu95-94124.jpg blurry soft
https://www.airliners.net/addphotos/r...9196uubw-t50-rusaf-054-takeoff.jpg blurry
https://www.airliners.net/addphotos/r...33804.6663vog-b757-ifly-ei-duc.jpg Needs a tighter crop on the left. blurry

I would appreciate very much advises where shots are blurry (I can't identify the case for the moment) and advises on improvement.

Thanks in advance!

Fyodor

Hi Fyodor,

1) Tail & nose section.
2) Front half/nose section.
3) Quite marginal quality and looks slightly blurry overall.
4) Blurryish in general.
5) Slightly blurryish in general, but perhaps passable with a bit more sharpening.

There is original part of front half of 2):

Is it blurry? If not how could it appear?

The last shot (Mi-35) is the closest to acceptable, IMO.

I can't say I agree with any of the rejection reasons, exposure looks fine and it doesn't seem blurry. It is soft in places though, which looks like a depth of field issue or a slightly out of focus original.

Cheers
