Definitely soft and maybe a touch noisy. Could be due to compression, tough to tell.
I'd also throw low contrast in there, and could stand some brightening as well.

I feel your pain Vishal, but the conditions were crap that day and processing those shots for a.net was always going to be an uphill task. I haven't had much time for edits/uploads lately, but I think I will stick to the easier ones. Nearly all my airborne stuff is rubbish - by any standard, not just a.net's!
If only the Goa runways were differently oriented!

I agree with angad84 the conditions for airborne shots with long lens in this weather is not worth editing.

Soft, blurry and flat for me. I appreciate the fact that it's a rare photo, but the quality issues are a bit too much unfrotunately.

Much better, but could use a hit of contrast, particularly needs darker blacks.

On a laptop, so won't comment on quality, but looks to my eyes like it might need a smidge of CW.

Now that I am on my editing monitor, I wouldn't submit at that size. Seems marginal overall.
