After working all day in the city, it was time to go back home. Extremely cold outside.
Image

The airport was not crowded as our flight was one of the last ones that night.
Image

After clearing security, we waited for our aircraft to arrive.
Image

Boarding was called through gate number 3. We flew on LV-HVT: an Airbus A320-200 built in november 2018.

All JetSmart Argentina's aircrafts have 189 seats. All of them in economy.
Image

My seat was 31A. That's the last row with windows. A brazilean passenger who was seated behind me was heavily drunk, his breath was unbearable.
Image

There were four FA's. I could recognize one of them -ex Andes- who worked my flight back from Salta, at the beginning of 2019. I do not have the most remarkable memories about her...

They performed the safety demo and then they killed the lights while we taxied to runway 29.

TAKE OFF VIDEO

It was an eventless flight. There was no service at all, I assume this was because of the late hour and letting the passengers to have a rest. The crew drank "mate" at the front galley through the rest of the flight.

Descending to EPA.

About to land.

VIDEO: We landed on runway 17

Getting off.

It was a nice flight with WJ. I hope to fly again soon with them and see what their on board service is like.

Nice Report. I will be visiting Argentina in a few weeks. I booked a flight on a third party site with JetSmart but they made a ridiculous schedule change so now I will be flying Aerolinas Argentinas instead, along with Norwegian and Andes Lineas (?)

Do you have any experience with Andes and any things I must try beyond the obvious in Argentina?

Thank you!. Andes is not in a good financial shape at the moment, they only have one aircraft flying. Here you have some trip reports I wrote in the past.

JetSmart is an ULC airline created by Indigo partners. It commenced scheduled operations on July 2017 from Santiago-Chile (SCL). Around mid 2018, they created an argentinean branch which flies some domestic routes and to SCL as well, from its base at Buenos Aires-El Palomar Intl. Airport.
