I flew with Singapore Airlines to try out their Boeing 787-10 in Business Class from Singapore to Denpasar Bali. The inflight food was great. For my main dish, I had pre-ordered the Beef Steak via Singapore Airlines’ Book the Cook service. It was an excellent dining experience, considering the length of the flight.
