It’s a very short flight of approximately 1 hour so was curious as to what kind of service the world’s number 1 airline - according to Skytrax will be offering.
After take-off the pilot made a couple of sweeping turns allowing for magnificent views of Dubai as we roared off towards Doha.
Service began just a couple minutes after take-off as this was a very short sector. The cabin crew distributed a mezze trio with soft warm pita bread and a bottle of orange juice to all the passengers. The hummus and black quinoa were tasty. I wasn’t too excited about the beetroot moutabel however. Regardless, it was very impressive to see food service on the flight.
Soon we were approaching the Qatar coastline and after a long base leg and a couple of turns over the city we were finally lined up for runway 34L at Hamad International Airport. Hope you enjoy it!
