Hi,

I got the chance to fly PIA's 777 from MAN to ISB and got some pictures to share. The take-off video is of the return flight.

I too have wanted to know what the PIA 777 was like.

What was the IFE like? It looked quite nice from the pictures!

IFE is nicely designed in terms of graphics etc but found the actual content itself pretty basic. I've already emailed the IFE manager with my suggestions, hoping he shall take them onboard.

Thanks all for the comments, really appreciated.

'm thinking to write a detailed trip report to accompany the photos, I guess it'll make it more interesting.....

though as they say a picture speaks a thousand words  Smile

Good report, not too many PIA one's here, the pictures were excellent. The seat pitch in economy looks rather tight in the picture third from last. I'm guessing it's 31/32 inch?

Not really, normally there is an equal share of stewards and airhostesses, but on my flight there were only 2 female crew and they were appointed to business class. I did ask the main purser if I could take a photo of them but he turned down my request stating that they were busy.

Good TR with many pics. I like it. Does PIAs flights always have so low loaded aircraft on this route???

As UAEflyer asks how long the trip is I can answer that with around 7hrs.

No way 7 hours, from MAN to DXB is 7 hours, ISB is farther than DXB from MAN

Nice pics.Well done!

What class were you travelling in and i wish you had taken pics of the onboard service as well.

The loads look very low in J and Y.Was this a dedicated MAN service or was it coming from JFK?

Actually flying time shouldnt be too much more then 7 because while DXB is further west of ISB,it is also further south then ISB.Hence flying time should be quite similar i would imagine.

Actually DXB is to the east and south of ISB so MAN-ISB should be atleast an hour shorter than MAN-DXB.

Cheers

DXB is definately NOT east of ISB .....but it is south of ISB hence i said flying time shouldnt be too different.

Hi all

I was flying in economy, but given permission by the captain to photograph the business class cabin. I would have taken shots of the onboard service but the meal service was completed in a quick dash due to a light load.
