BA Club Europe Business Class, LCY-FAO

I made a brief video TR of my recent British Airways Club Europe (Business Class) flight from London City to Faro, Portugal. I would have been more liberal with the filming after engine start (e.g. it would have been very nice to get the RTO that we experience on the first attempt at departure) but the Purser might have had me arrested if I'd dared to break the rules so flagrantly, he was 'one of those.'

Those of you interested might like to know that the whole affair was filmed using an iPhone 5 and then edited using the iMovie iOS app (£2.99 or so from the Store). I only transferred it to my Macbook to edit the titles a bit and then upload it, but even then the integration between iMovie on the two platforms was superb.

Is this a trip report or an advert for apple?

That was different - quite cool. I have not been to London City, so it was interesting to see the inside of the airport terminal and the views airside. It looks like the terminal is extremely busy (and you caught the inevitable baby crying) - is it always like that? Clearly a morning flight. Also, I didn't know Alitalia flew to London City, so that was new!

Shame about the Purser   ... The breakfast looked good, and I see they're still wheeling out the Pommery champagne that they have had for Club Europe for years and years and years. They must get a good deal on them and the passengers must like it. Interesting video - thanks for sharing!
