The trip in one word:

"Black"

God dag, dear readers,
wintertime is gone, at least according to the calendar. What also means looking a bit northern side for more flying, maybe this way:

Thanx to once more:

A tad early, so it feels like this morning, but well, there is some flying ahead. And that means it´s never ever to early. Ok, ok, I know, theory and practice!.
The fare is 66.00 Euro´s managed by Opodo.de.
The "Flughafen Stuttgart -
Manfred Rommel Flughafen" welcomed me for a view to the screens, arrivals and also departures

http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b305/FLIEGER67/DUB07/DANMARKMAR2014002_zps1029fcc9.jpg
Just a couple of minutes around security, for the Star lounge and the gate 162 later on, till a bus does what it usually does, shuttle us for the plane!.
This is "Hardeknud Viking" OY-KFK, the CR9 like on schedule. Leg no. 24 on type and new to the log it is.
Spend the night here at the airport and now heading back for the homebase

Cockpit crew is from Scandinavia, the four-striped-guy with a nice and detailed welcome during boarding and once again inflight later on in a nice style.
No route or flightlevel info at all.
Cabin crew is two female FA´s, one elder, large, nice, one younger, large, too and nice also too!.
Service is free water, coffee, tea
http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b305/FLIEGER67/DUB07/DANMARKMAR2014009_zpsdb5b3644.jpg
http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b305/FLIEGER67/DUB07/DANMARKMAR2014010_zps92036f05.jpg

Load is close to 100%, mostly biz on the way but two for me in 24A, the last row window and yes, there is a window here, but not at the other side of the cabin
http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b305/FLIEGER67/DUB07/DANMARKMAR2014011_zps18449b8b.jpg

http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b305/FLIEGER67/DUB07/DANMARKMAR2014014_zps2c647642.jpg
Just a couple of minutes later, so it feels like we are at "Københavns Lufthavn, Kastrup" and the 3600 meters runway "Zero-Four-Left".
07.30 am, 10 minutes ahead to schedule, 5 degrees and high clouds
http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b305/FLIEGER67/DUB07/DANMARKMAR2014015_zps451e27d8.jpg

Cockpit crew is from Denmark, the chief on the tarmac, middle aged, greeting pax and saw me taking one or two or more pictures.
No worries, we had a really nice chat about special colours like this one here and it seems he´s proud to work with Alsie.
He´s on the mike later on with a nice welcome again
One picture more, maybe?

Ok, this is OY-CLY, no individual name to notice. Leg no. 32 on type and a new entry to the log. An ATR 72 it is, in the air from 21.07.2008 with Azerbaijan Airlines and since 10.06.2013 with Alsie Express, there are two examples in the fleet at all and there are no incidents to report here

http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b305/FLIEGER67/DUB07/DANMARKMAR2014053_zps6ac91df6.jpg
The tix is fixed with Alsie´s website and the fare is 67.00 Euro´s.
Let´s go for a cabin view
Grey, modern style clean seats and I´am in 12F, the last row
http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b305/FLIEGER67/DUB07/DANMARKMAR2014054_zpsdde68881.jpg
http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b305/FLIEGER67/DUB07/DANMARKMAR2014055_zps7272ffce.jpg
The load is just 30 %, mostly biz on the way.
One middle aged female FA working the cabin, really nice and attentive. Service is free water or coffee.
Call it legroom, no further description needed
http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b305/FLIEGER67/DUB07/DANMARKMAR2014056_zps07355931.jpg
http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b305/FLIEGER67/DUB07/DANMARKMAR2014057_zpsb6e6bdb7.jpg
And this is standard, at least on this machine, no exit row or something like this
http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b305/FLIEGER67/DUB07/DANMARKMAR2014058_zpsfb8a7116.jpg
http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b305/FLIEGER67/DUB07/DANMARKMAR2014059_zps914d7482.jpg
The background is easy and fit´s perfectly to my travel day. This is not the standard plane for the route, no this is the other machine, usually on offer for charters
http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b305/FLIEGER67/DUB07/DANMARKMAR2014060_zps92347d3d.jpg

Yes, there is no public transport as long as you don´t preordered a shuttle van.
Better not talk about the fare, it´s Denmark!.
Ok, let´s go for the city

new to the log. No individual name to notice with D-ABFU, stored since 06/2015 after just some time with AirBerlin an Niki from 06.06.2011. 31 examples are still in the fleet, no stories to show with the plane.
Cockpit crew is from Germany,
the captain with a really nice and relaxed welcome in an experienced style.
The FO with long and detailed infos inflight.
Routing is via HAJ, KSF, FRA at 32000 feet maximum.
8.20 pm, short ahead to schedule, "AIRBERLIN" and 55 minutes from the 3666 meters runway "Three-Three" at 2 foggy degrees.
Boarding soon thereafter, well calculated, or simple a risky one, who knows!

Four female FA's here, two elder, one middle aged, one younger, all ok.
Also ok, but english crisps are definitely better!

60% is the load, biz and leisure well mixed.
Dark grey leathers at 30D/E/F, no complaints this way.
The legroom, as less impressive as it is, especially in comparison to Alsie Express!

Touchdown at "Zero-Seven", 12 degrees, clear sky, 9.30 pm, short ahead to schedule again but now at the "Flughafen Stuttgart -
Manfred Rommel Flughafen".

Back at the homebase soon thereafter and ready for the conclusions:

1.)SK STR-CPH: What a calm early morning ride
2.)6I CPH-SGD: A superb nice experience, really
3.)AB HAM-STR: No complaints here

Sure, there is more to fly soon, the long one maybe?:

Hi Markus !

Nice report with nice pictures as usual!

Good to see you try another airline, one that I have never heard of.

The livery is not my style but amazing how clean the aircraft was inside!

Seems like a nice day trip!

Thanks again for posting !

Hey Markus,

interesting report once again, and this black ATR looks soooo cool. Also inside, with the black seats and the generous legroom, very nice.

Was in Sonderborg once with the family and saw this plane on approach, definitely wanted to fly on it as well, but prices were a bit steep back then.

Markus!

The Alsie Express is here! Ever since i saw that intriguing plane in CPH a short while ago I was looking fwd to your report too. Such a cool and special paint scheme and also inside it looks very nice. I wonder how it perform inflight as I understand it’s a matte finish which will undoubtedly cause more friction inflight?
Interesting as well to take the train back all the way to HAM in just 1 day.

Thank you for you´re feedback. Sure ok during spring, not sure how it feels like in summer. But anyway a great experience on the black machine.
The train was the well needed time for a sleep!.

Hi Markus,

Good to read another of your reports and flying Alsie was a nice catch. The all black livery is quite striking. Good combo with the train to Hamburg too.

To board the red bus for Greenland, or maybe another time!

Oh yes, immediately, asap, urgently!

Quoting FLIEGER67 (Thread starter):
By taxi, are you sure?.
Yes, there is no public transport as long as you don´t preordered a shuttle van.
Better not talk about the fare, it´s Denmark!.

These small airports have their drawbacks don't they? Maybe they're just protecting the taxistas!

Quoting FLIEGER67 (Reply 1):
Also ok, but english crisps are definitely better!

Without doubt

Happy flying

Hey Markus
Quoting FLIEGER67 (Thread starter):
Here are a couple of maps. These are all the flights done till now in 2015:

Impressive there
Quoting FLIEGER67 (Thread starter):
True, this might be "Sønderborg Lufthavn"

WOW old Olympic Aviation bird there.

Alsie Express look good. The interior is spotless. I do like the different livery too.

Thanks for the report and look forward to more.
