Day 15 Maldives Seaplane Vlog

Tue Nov 03, 2015 3:56 am

Day 15 of my Video log in the Maldives flying the Twin Otter on floats. In this episode, I get to re-fuel in Maalifushi and have lunch in Anantara Kihava. Enjoy!

Great insight, thanks! Interesting to see how fuel is tested. Been to the Maldives a couple of times before but the wife is too afraid to get a hotel that would need a seaplane ride...

Interesting to see how fuel is tested.

Noticed they used an overpriced Norwegian bottled water container.

Apart from that, if I had been 40 years younger, this might have been what I had chosen to do too!

Cool channel, and a very well edited piece. I now have something to look at this afternoon while I "work."

As always great video, music and editing there.

Non-sched layovers like this one remark the importance of always carrying extra underwear and the bathing suit in the flight bag. Everything else is not really essential.

I'd say in the heat and high humidity of the Maledives an extra shirt should be in the bag, too. ^^

Thanks, appreciate the support CARST!!! And yes, I will take your advice!! Working in a country that is different from the one you are raised does have its challenges, but it is a paradise.
