There were no 757 or 767 available from Boeing with winglets. All 757/767 with winglets were installed post-delivery.

All 757 winglets were installed after Boeing ceased production of the 757.

Winglets were never installed on factory-delivered 757's or 767's. These were all after-market add ons. Believe 757's got the winglets first, and 767s at airlines that wanted them, added them later.

Approximately 450 of the 757's have had winglets fitted at some point, including all of the 757-300's, although some of these have been scrapped or since had the winglets removed. That is near 43%. For the 767, it is 350 or so with winglets, so approximately 32%.
