#1 (with William Shatner) is called Nightmare at 20,000 feet, and #2 is called Twenty-Two.

Assuming you only want episodes from the original series rather than the 80's one...

3. The Odyssey of Flight 33
4. The Arrival

While not "airline" related, these are aviation-related:
The Last Flight
King Nine Will Not Return

The one where the 707 flew back into time. Forgot the name of the episode.

That was the Odyssey of Flight 33 mentioned above. I can't say I liked that episode much. It was a nice idea and they could have done more with it. The ending seemed lame.

But that Twenty-Two episode was certainly memorable. Between the morgue, the creepy stewardess/nurse, and the plane blowing up, it's just not something you forget even decades later.

'The Arrival' was rather good at first too. It's not every day that you see a DC-3 land with nobody on board. I guess something similar really did happen with a DC-3, in 1957 in Missouri. Only in that case it was a cornfield rather than at an airport, and there was no eerie mystery.

A few more I thought of. Rod Serling's brother Robert was an aviation author. Perhaps love of aviation was something both had in common as aviation did show up a lot in The Twilight Zone.

Ring-a-Ding Girl: Actress visits her home town and invites everyone to her famous one woman show at the last minute. Only she couldn't be there because she's on a 707 about to pass over the town in fly over country.

Of Late I Dream of Cliffordville: The devil played, by Julie Newmar, sends a character back in time by putting him on a DC-6 that turns into a train as he resets his watch crossing from Eastern to Central time.

A World of Difference: Actor escapes into the life of his character. He departs on a TWA 707 for a vacation with his wife.

Btw King Nine Will Not Return was inspired by a bomber called Lady Be Good. It had (then) recently been found in the Libyan desert after vanishing on a night raid over Italy during WW II. The crew had overflow their landing field in a sandstorm. Low on fuel they bailed out over the Libyan desert attempting to walk back to the coast but never made it.
