As of now, Finnair has taken delivery of 11 A359s:
-8 in a C46W43Y208 config
-3 in a C32W42Y262 config
What are the configuration plans for the remaining 8 frames? Also, isn't a new J cabin in the works at AY?

I'm not sure about the seating plans for the next few A350s, but AY's recently released Annual Report 2017 states that the details regarding seat configurations for aircraft numbers 15-19 are still under consideration. The deliveries of those last five will happen between 2020-2022.
AY (like CX) has been forced to replace the Zodiac seats in the first nine A350 but instead of completely new seats they have been or will be replaced by the same but slightly improved seat. People on FlyerTalk probably know all the details.
When it comes to a completely new J cabin, the airline's CEO recently said that they will have to consider compartments with sliding doors such as Delta's.
