Why no Royal air maroc at LAX?
Why there isn't CMN-LAX route? Should Royal air maroc or maybe AA start flying that route?

Whats wrong with the question? Maybe not everyone is deep into pax numbers per citypair?

I truthfully could see a potential CMN-LAX route in the future given the potential African connections at CMN and regional connections on AA through LAX.
AA most likely wouldn't fly it as they only operate LHR from LAX... I think we'd see them go from DFW/CLT/JFK/ORD/MIA first...

Air France (via CDG) on departure from Los Angeles have CMN demand sufficiently covered.

AA is starting seasonal PHL-CMN next summer. We would see that build to year-round before (and a very big if) AA were to start anything else to CMN.

How is it long? It's essentially MAD-LAX but longer, 45 miles to be exact. Additionally, AA can feed passengers into LAX and then into CMN for African connections with RAM. CMN has solid tourism as well.

There was no oneworld connection before this year, hence no flight

If CMN were to become the "DXB" of the region - with corresponding levels of premium O&D willing to pay for a non-stop - then this would be a viable route.
Since it is not, expansion would be to the east coast of the U.S. first, and partnering with a domestic airline to provide feed at that hub. In this case, XXX-PHL-CMN is that first step.
