Shouldn't this be considered double?

Recently I was browsing through some pics of JASDF RF-4s and came up with these two below:

Photos show same aircraft(s) in same phase of flight and for all I care it is obviously a cause for double rejection I believe. Am I wrong on this point?

Hi Jamie,

The registration listed for each photo is different. Visually, one would indeed think they are a double, but it's cleverly bending the rules.

I thought so as well: It follows the “letter of the of the law”but not the “spirit of the law”.
