Turkey and Brie with Cranberry Sauce Sandwich
Oven-roasted turkey breast with fresh lettuce, cranberry sauce and soft Brie cheese on challah bread. The sandwich is accompanied by a honeydew and mandarin orange salad, creamy yogurt and a side of granola. A bottle of spring water is included.

Coffee Crumb Cake
Coffee crumb cake and fresh honeydew and mandarin orange comes with creamy yogurt and a side of granola. A bottle of spring water is included.

That is good news, if this program is successful, I hope that other airlines will follow for their regional networks.

I like this because the regional airlines have become a more important part of the travel experience in this country, and to make the in-flight service that much better is great.

Hopefully DLConnection will be watching closely!

Actually if Eagle started after Sept 2 - they're not the first. Mesaba started buy on board food with the Sept 2 schedule. Coach passengers have the option on most MEM-PHL and MEM-EWR flights to buy food on board. The program may evolve to include all flights with food in first, but currently with none in coach. Like - MSP-ASE, ORF, HPN, OKC - DTW-OKC, YHZ and MEM-ASE.
