FA Longhaul Flights

Sat Nov 22, 2003 6:45 am

I have a friend who is a Lead FA for BA, based at LHR.
He only works long haul International non EU flights.
He doesn't seem to mind much, but made a point of saying they are REQUIRED to do the Australia flights once a year or something like that. He went on to say its the most dreaded route because of the time away from home and the work involved.
Is that opinion shared?
I was under the impression that the longer the trip the more days off, the more money etc.
