When Pan Am I went bankrupt, what destinations did they serve from ORD Temporary Terminal 4?

Pan Am flew from ORD to Miami, twice daily at the end in December 1991. Prior to November 1991 they served New York-JFK. That flight began in September 1982. From 1983 thru 1985 Pan Am flew Chicago-San Fransisco nonstop as well. The Miami flight was an on again off again flight from 1982 thru 1991. Also, PA flew ORD-Frankfurt in 1986 and then again in 1989. Pan Am frequently started and stopped and then restarted domestic flights from their two primary hubs, JFK and Miami.

from JFK after Delta acquired their european routes

When ORD became Chicago's primary airport in the early 60s, Terminal 1 was international arrivals and departures, while domestic carriers used Terminals 2 and 3.
Since PA had only trans-Atlantic flights out of ORD, prior to deregulation, it's space was in Terminal 1.
When the new Terminal 1 was designed for UA, all airlines using Terminal 1 were shifted to Terminal 4. Basically, ticketing, customs and immigration, etc. were located on the first floor of the parking garage, and large buses moved passengers to and from remote stands.
Since PA could not get any space in Terminals 2 or 3, it was stuck in Terminal 4, even though after deregulation, it had far more domestic service at ORD than trans-Atlantic.

I believe they held on to a few gates in Terminal 2.

Sorry but this is a different subject (sort of) but since we might have some PA folks watching.....
In the early to mid 70s I took a PA 707 from MSP to either ORD or DTW. It was booked as a Northwest flight and from what I was told was an interchange. Does anyone remember this and which city did it serve from MSP? It seems that the flight may have continued on to Paris.

I believe it was an NW/PA interchange and I believe you probably went through Detroit not Chicago, but i'll double check my old timetables.
