I can only hope this 'man' also gets what he deserves via the judicial system.....the video evidence is as plain as the nose on my face...cringing/cowering in his seat...as he 'asks' that it be taken no further.....and yes it is true none of us here has witnessed the event...but anyone who is not guilty, would at the very least plead their innocence...this scumbag only pleads that it doesnt get taken any further!! he quite likely has a wife and numerouis kids and doesnt want to 'lose face' in his 'community'....he makes me sick!!!!... hopefully the Indian judicial system has evolved...and this case doesnt just get 'thrown out' because it's a woman laying a claim against a man...and justice is served...

Also, he could be tired or unwell and simply not up a slanging match.
