163HQ and 165HQ were ferried today from ACY to YQB.. I am assuming these two are done with RP now. I was just curious if they are going to another airline ?

Republic doesn't have any 190s flying scheduled airline service because of scope.
The few that they still have are flying charters to Vegas under RAH colors, chartered by Caesar's, so it's possible they were being positioned for a charter flight.

I don't believe they've been sold/leased out yet. ACY is one of their casino charter destinations so they likely are on a charter run. If they were being removed from the fleet they'd most likely be leaving from CMH as that's Republic's primary maintenance base where they'd be preparing them for retirement/sale, as they've done with a handful of E190s that have been leased out previously.

I know that.. they flew in 177 and 164 from IFP to take the place of the other two until the Caesar's contract ends at the end of this month in ACY.

All of them operated for Frontier before Republic. When they sold Frontier, they kept the 190's and the C-Series order. With the recent news of their staffing problems, the bigger question is: What will happen with their C-Series order?

Their staffing issues are nothing new or surprising to anyone, and the same thing will happen to their C-series order that would've even if they had pilots: nothing. They're unlikely to see a single one on property.

These haven't operated for Frontier for years.
Looking at N163HQ's, N164HQ's, N165HQ's, N176HQ's, and N177HQ's activity over the last few weeks, they're all take a load of passengers into casino city, take a load out back home, take a fresh load into a casino city, take a load back. Flight activity pretty clearly demonstrates casino charters for all 5 at the moment.

Republic leadership has not clearly signaled a use for the aircraft since the Frontier divestiture mentioning things like leasing the aircraft out or operating for an alliance (another carrier under the Etihad Regional banner maybe?). Some of the scenarios would have Republic crewing the aircraft, others don't. Republic's gotta figure out what missions the aircraft will be flying and for whom under what terms, if they take them at all, before they worry about staffing them.

There are currently FA only bases in Atlantic City & Laughlin to support the 190 charter flying.

They should just sell them! It's not like they will have the staffing to crew it, why actually take delivery and create manuals etc for them? Just sell the slots or frames to someone interested at a dirt cheap price to try it out. I could see some mainline carriers (not specifically in the U.S.) using those large regional jets for mainline operations (E190 & C-series). Republic could try to go bankrupt by launching their own branded service, selling their own tickets, etc. Maybe an all business class Coast to coast shuttle with a stop in the middle? (totally kidding!!)

Someone's gotta be buyin' for Republic to be sellin'. I'd personally like to see 'em go to United though (probably as a conversion down to CS100).

Well, UA seems to be in a money spending mood, it may just happen! But more likely, a European carrier would pick them up, or perhaps Interjet in MEX, or a S. American airline.
But I am thinking they will sit on the books until it starts dragging the finances more than their current shortage of staffing.

The airplanes were flying for Ceaser's contract until Jul 31st. These were flights out of IFP not LAS as someone claimed.
