Descending from 350-220, with some strange contrail behaviour

I installed that contrail add-on too but haven't seen any yet. I guess I need to better review my flights. Just last weekend I was riding my bike @ Newport Beach - Balboa and watching departures from KSNA (Orange County / John Wayne). I saw a vapor trail develop from the starboard winglet of a WN 737-700 that looked like smoke. Unfortunately for me, I wasn't watching where I was going and veered off the path into the sand and endo'd. Such are the dangers of being a spotter.

Are you sure? Maybe he's sheltering himself from the rain.

Haha! No worries. Most men are color blind anyway.
It reminds me of the Hughes Air West livery from the late '70's - early '80's. They called themselves "The Flying Banana" but we ( the traveling public) used to call them "Hughes Air Worst" because of their poor on time record and customer service. Hard to believe that it was Howard Hughes airline.

Indeed Kevin, it can be a dangerous sport. You should take out some Spotter's Insurance-particularly useful for hangin off a fence @ SXM, or getting a crick in your neck watchin planes.

Yeah, was he was still around @ that time? Wasn't he v.anal about things?
