Looking for some help with this picture. I have never messed with a crop like this before but this is as zoomed out as I could be.

hard to tell from that link, but it looks soft and looks to have had quite a bit of noise reduction applied.

Looks compressed too. If you expand it to 1024 x 683 size, the cheatlines have a regular jagged pattern to them.
