This 767 suffered two days before a hard tail strike on takeoff from runway 36L. After experiencing cabin pressure problems, they entered a hold for 90 minutes and landed back at MAD safely. Damage to tail can be seen here.

Ouch. Somebody got a band-aide and some duck tape and we will fix this sucker up and go. LOL. Seriously though good call by the pilots but shame on the them for tail stricking in the first place.

Good emergency landing, got back safe. Now stop serving patron onboard!
Quick fix, another tail strike might close that hole right up.
