New England 57 is awaiting passengers for return flight to LEB & BOS. Built in 1966. Delivery date was November 2, 1966 to Northeast Airlines. Delivered to Air New England on December 31, 1974 wearing FN 278. Other serials - XA-RXR with Aeromonterrey, and also N378NE with Delta Air Lines - del on August 1, 1972, Britt Airways - del in 1980, & Northeast Airlines. DBR on April 1, 1993 at VSA (Villahermosa) as XA-RXR. On take off - landing gear retracted, acft sank back down onto runway. Ferried to & stored at MID (Merida). Seen at MID in Nov 1998 - good condition??
