In what a sad state that bird is. I find it ridiculous that U.S. airline and plane making companies don't take better care of their retired planes. Just pathetic. Look at Lufthansa's planes in a German museum, KLM bird, BA and AF Concordes etc.

Let's hope that once that much awaited 'covered airpark' is finished that all these old workhorse beauties end up there AFTER a much needed cleaning, paint and polish. It actually hurts to see that 727-200 in that condition, sad really.
