That's a takeoff, not a landing.

Those are some really high waves yeah :)

Obviously this has nothing to do with high waves, but it is the collection system "overflowing" and dumping some water from the Firefighting tanks.

No problem for the engines, short term that is. For our previous colleague, the meaning of 'resistant' is not the same as 'proof'.

Isn't the whole idea of top-mounted engines exactly to avoid this kind of mishap? Otherwise why do they put them at that place?

Excellent shot all around 5 stars. To my (feeble) understanding the engines are on top as to not dunk them in water. But water spray like that is no worse than rain.
