Caption
First flight was February 11, 1981. Delivery date was April 15, 1981. Built as DC-10-30, cvt'd to DC-10-30(F) freighter. Other serials - N189AX with Omni Intl, G-DCIO with British Caledonian, and also N48277 with WTCT. Sadly, W/O April 28, 2004 with Centurion Air Cargo as N189AX at BOG. On landing aircraft overran runway after hitting ILS pole. Substantial damage to left stab, underside, and wings with engines #1 & #3 breakng loose
