After the formation of Canadian Airlines, this wasn't the oldest 737 in the fleet, but it was the oldest one without a cargo door. Delivered to CP Air March 24, 1969, it was one of seven non advanced 737s ordered first by CP Air. Canadian sold it May 1988 as they started to renew the fleet. It would return to Canada in 1998 with Westjet only to be withdrawn and made a ground trainer in 2002.
