Up, up and away! Already on their third sortie of the day, 116 and 121 are seen rocketing out of Zagreb's RWY 23 in an unusually tight - and attractive - formation. Together with 166 - a twin-stick UMD that had also flown a couple of times - MiG operations had today almost outnumbered civilian ones!

Quite seriously - these are standard training ops (though occurring at greater frequency due to the imminent overhaul of the entire fleet). When the QRA pair is flying, the regularly fly armed.
