Great pic. But a breaking test on high water level? Than that guy in orange is standing in a real bad spot.

Good opportunity shot. It also shows how good the design is when it comes to diverting the water away from the engine in-takes. I wonder what would have happened with the orange t-shirt guy if the a/c had skidded off the rwy in his direction during this test!!

You know, I have to say it was not the aeroplane that attracted me to this photo...it was the amazing landscape! Yes the machine is amazing as well - as humans we have come far; but sometimes you just have to take a step back and marvel at nature. Brazil indeed has wonderful terrain, perhaps one day I will lucky enough to see it in real life. Oh and by the way Embraer makes cool jets! Well done Mariusz Adamski, great shot! :)

That's a tremendous impact with ground water! I wonder if the landing gears caused this huge spray, or the reverse thrust?

Amazing landscape made Excellent this shot!

The impressive is that technician/supervisor next to the runway. Standing so near to a break test needs a heart of lion!!

Awesome Moment! Amazing how they got the water away from the turbines! This appears to be a safe design.

It's not so easy to find water tests of airplanes. This photo is really exciting for ones who like aviation.

Look at the guy standing just to the side of the runway, totally unprotected if the jet skids off.... My goodness.... Wild stuff!

I think maybe that guy beside the runway is Mariusz Adamski's twin brother; they both seem to be quite willing to "risk everything" to "get the shot"!!!!
