Aviation Photo #1589919 Boeing 737-329 - Germania

This Boeing suffered a heavy birdstrike during takeoff and was forced to return. The big blood spots on the leading-edges and the smaller ones on the fuselage indicate where the birds hit the plane.

Splatter on A.Net! This shot should be age restricted. Such a bloody mess. Glad to see the plane safe on the ground again.

Mitch and Melanie Daniels would like this, but perhaps sir Alfred Hitchcock himself not: are the birds still scary if we have such a bird-killer?

Was the pilot playing angry birds live?...for a moment I sat myself right next to the wings where I'm pretty sure many passenger saw the action unfold before their eyes...scary!
