Caption
From Jan to May 1963, IIAF sent four F-86Fs (3-133,3-140,3-146 & 3-150) to the Congo for UN operations. The unit was apparently named 103rd Tactical Fighter Squadron for the duration. Five Swedish Air Force J-29B Tunnans and five Philippines Air Force Sabres are also visible in a lineup in right side of photo. Eight of best F-86 pilots of Vahdati AB together with 33 ground crew and their four Sabres entered in Kamina on 19 Jan 1963. This photo is taken from a UH-19D via Brig-Genral Khatami`s camera.

Very nice! You neglect to acknowledge the other three, equally impressive, aircraft though -- the DC-3 and the two S-55's. Thanks for sharing.

There were not enough space to explain about them. They are UN-Owned C-47A and S-55s.
