Nice depiction. it was gonna be a logo jet for the fictional airline "Lynx Jet" (i suggest you google them to see what it's all about!) but as the tv ads were branded sexist Jetstar very wisely pulled out of the deal. however, it would have been unique to have an airline that is modelled on the "Fly Me" and the stewardess stereotype of yesteryear!

I agree with the OZ dude...They should've painted Merry Christmas instead of ho ho ho!!! hohohoing has nothing to do with the real Christmas spirit!, Plus this "beautiful" color looks like an Airbus primer!...All in all I'm unimpressed with this one.

Great photo, George. Maybe this Christmas livery marks the end for the Jetstar 717s? I personally prefer the A320s.
