Just beautiful, and still an amazing sight! I especially like the shadow of the tail on the beach!

I love the reaction of the people on the beach near the fence! Looks like they are ducking and trying to brace it with their hands, as if the plane is being dropped vertically from the sky! Excellent shot!

It's just beautiful to see a big plane like that, gliding in over the sea and the beach, making a nice touchdown on the runway.defying gravity.just beautiful.

Its an amazing shot of an airliner landing and being so close to the people. It is a great airport to take photos of

Not only the quality of the picture but what is absolutely amazing is the location of the picture. The people on the ground must be deaf. Too have captured this image at this precise moment and its location just metres above the ground and the peoples reaction is just wonderful and a pleasure to see.

Every time I see one of these babies just hanging there in the sky I think, how can these things fly? Just the most awesome thing man has ever created. And to be close enough to almost touch the wheels, feel the jet wash ... yup.

I see saint maarten as simplicity some times i browse at pictures of this world renowed approach and i just remeber of the old flyboys and i t brings a tear to my eye the attention to detail i pilot of a 744 must face when making this famous approach the blood pumping i love this pic so much
