WOW! Is it some camera setting or does the MD-11 really have that white background lighting and the blue screens? I haven't seen any other aircraft with night flightdeck shots as nice as these MD11's.

The MD-11 has been out of production for five years already, but its cockpit still looks so modern... Yes, it's a wonderful-looking airplane but it never was a top-seller and that's what counts my friends...

I like how the taxiway lights match the beautiful color of the glowing EFIS screens. And the dark cockpit is nicely contrasted with the white snow outside. Magnificent photo!

What really makes this photo for me is the beautiful parallelism in the colors. The blue hues of the screens go well with the blue ground lights, and the rest of the gray cockpit melts nicely into the snowy outside. 5*****
