Aviation Photo #0269214 Aviation Traders ATL-98 Carvair - Phoebus Apollo Aviation

A new regular in at JHB International, one of the last known flying Carvairs. Captured here, coasting past a few spotters on "Hotel" taxiway. Apparently only 21 were converted, but this baby steals the show. We call him "Bump" because of the 747-like dome at the front. His engines purr better than any V8 I have ever heard! Say,... He also looks a bit French, doesn't he?
