The shot is commendable and noteworthy in and of itself, but I am particularly impressed by the symmetry. Dead-on the line speaks to the skills of the pilot as well as the photographer. It is just something I appreciate seeing in a photograph...especially a top-down one.

Well, not the sole 747 with 5 engines. Many photos in here of various 747 with 5 engines. There is a hard point under the left inboard wing between #2 engine and the fuselage for ferrying engines.
