Here is the moment that I never expected to see. This aircraft beeing scrapped was delivered in 1968 to TAP as CS-TBD and flew the national carrier colours for twenty years, before beeing sold to the Zaire government to be used as the presidential aircraft, but instead of flying it was abandoned in Lisbon for almost 15 years until today when it was scrapped and sold as junk. I guess now I'll never know if the bathroom taps and doors knobs were really made of gold.
