Nice shoot, but what about this rocket pod ? Training flight or delivery (this case look like be stupid due to the cargo room of An-72...but maybe for another unit to transport) ?

The rockets may be filled with colour bullets to mark a point on the ground for follow-up ops. in any case, nice shot :)

72P model has been made for Air Patrols, normaly a 23 Gun Pod can be see on the right of the aircraft. He also can carry Torpedos and anti-submarines (nuclear) warfare

It's colour scheme is suit for autumnal colors!

Love those vivid camo colours, an excellent addition to an excellent aircraft!
As for rocket pods - it's a maritime patrol aircraft, so sometimes it has to be 'persuasive' to some violating vessels. Note also a 23-mm gun pod visible from under the fuselage!
