Lun (Harrier) at sunset. The Lun-class ekranoplan (also called Project 903, NATO reporting name: Utka) is a ground effect vehicle (GEV) designed by Rostislav Alexeyev in 1975 and used by the Soviet and Russian navies from 1987 until sometime in the late 1990s. It flew using the lift generated by the ground effect of its large wings when within about four metres (13 ft) above the surface of the water. For this photo I thank Alexey P.

Nothing on the Satellite images on Google or Bing. Are the coordinates correct or did they get scrubbed from the images?

Coordinates are correct, google uses old satellite imagery. You can see it on Yandex maps under those coordinates.
