Del 02/67 to Continental as N17328. Singapore Airlines had its roots in Malaysia-Singapore Airlines (MSA). After the airline split-up, the Malaysia side was called Malaysia Airline System (MAS). Singapore Airlines kept all the B707 and B737 jets of the old MSA and left Malaysia with only a handful of Fokker F-27's. MAS had, however, started service with a brand new fleet of five B737-200's. The Fokkers were used for domestic flights.
